Coffee 24/7! Friendly cheerful staff. Squirrel and birds cavorting by the front door. The room was basic space, all I need is bed and bath. The other guests were plain people like me. Free wifi! The pancake machine is cute and entertaining.

We were there for work so didn't get a chance to eat there. New paint and what seemed like it recently transferred ownership to a family, so understandable that they are still doing some work to it.
